Assembly Directions:
Vinaigrette Dressing:
Combine oil, vinegar, shallots, salt, and pepper and blend well.
Center Stage Salad:
Combine lettuce, cheese, and onions. Add glazed pecans and toss with Vinaigrette Dressing.
