Campfire Banana Boats

Shelley: The kids have fun with this one! Slit the banana with a plastic knife, push in at both ends to make a boat, and fill it up. Wrap in foil and heat on a grill over coals or an open fire. Caution: don’t cook ’em too long!

Assembly Directions:
Leaving the skin on, slit a banana lengthwise, from end to end. Sprinkle chocolate chips and marshmallows in the slit; dust lightly with brown sugar. Wrap tightly in foil. Place on grill (seam side up) over campfire or coals. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Caution: Do not overcook! The bananas get too mushy.
