The June Cook Of The Month is "Mootsie".

Mootsie heard about 30 Day Gourmet from a friend, and she also heard us on Moody Bible Radio out of Chicago.

Mootsie is the mother of three older children (two of them in college), and spends a good portion of her time teaching piano students. She also has a chronic illness that makes cooking chores difficult for her. She has found a way to adapt our cooking method to meet her needs!
